1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and requesting services from True Canopy Tree Service LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
True Canopy provides tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, and emergency storm response services in Georgia. All work is performed by trained professionals. Service scope and pricing are determined on a per-project basis following an on-site assessment.
3. Estimates & Scheduling
Free estimates are provided based on the information you supply and/or an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions and availability.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
5. Liability & Insurance
True Canopy is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damages caused by conditions outside our control, including pre-existing tree or property conditions, or acts of nature after service completion.
6. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee.
7. Website Use
This website and its content are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
