FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot.

Straight answers about tree care, pricing, and how we work. If you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out.

How much does tree removal cost?+

Every tree is different. Cost depends on size, location, health, and how close it is to structures. We offer free, no-obligation estimates so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes — fully. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Your property and our crew are protected on every job. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Do I need a permit to remove a tree?+

It depends on your city or county in Georgia. Some municipalities require permits for trees over a certain size or within specific zones. We handle permit research for you as part of the planning process.

How soon can you come out?+

For non-emergency work, we typically schedule within a week. For storm damage or hazardous trees, we prioritize emergency calls and often respond same-day or next-day.

What happens to the wood and debris?+

Standard service includes hauling away all debris and leaving your property clean. If you'd like to keep the firewood or mulch, just let us know — we're glad to accommodate.

Do you work year-round?+

Yes. While winter is often ideal for pruning many species, we perform safe removals and emergency work in every season. Georgia's climate means there's almost always a right time to care for your trees.

Can you save a tree instead of removing it?+

Often, yes. We're arborists first — if trimming, cabling, or disease treatment can save a tree, we'll recommend that path. Removal is always our last resort.

What areas do you serve?+

We serve communities across Georgia, primarily in the greater Atlanta metro and surrounding counties. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call — we'll let you know.

Still have questions?
